The brewery, Morita Aji no Yakata, is 170 years old and dates back to the Edo Period. It has long been located at Kosuzutani Factory of Morita Co., Ltd. and is surrounded by a rich natural environment.
Facilities at this historical hall, Morita Aji no Yakata, include a video presentation of sake/miso/soy sauce manufacturing processes, a sales area where visitors can purchase Aji no Yakata’s original products such as the refined sake “Nenohi,” factory group tours, and rest spaces.
There is also an exhibition room dedicated to the 15th generation head brewer, Akio Morita.

Access Express train from Nagoya Station (platform 4) to Tokoname Station on the Meitetsu – Tokoname direction (approx. 40 mins, 660 yen), from Tokoname Station to Morita Aji no Yakatakuchi Bus Stop by Chita bus – Kaminoma direction (6-7 buses a day, approx. 20 mins, 490 yen), an approx. 7-minute walk from Morita Aji no Yakatakuchi Bus Stop
