Walking course

The Museum of Vinegar “Su no Sato” is the only comprehensive vinegar museum in Japan introducing the history and the current situation of vinegar-making. Experience real vinegar-making and learn all about this field.
The highlight is our Fermentation Room, which reveals the most important aspects of vinegar making. The vinegar essentials, “flavor, tasting, and aroma” are all determined through the fermentation process. Other facilities, such as the Reference Room, exhibiting traditional utensils used to manufacture vinegar, and the Information Room, introducing the health aspects of vinegar, provide eye-opening experiences for visitors.
